Two Rooms Grill Bar

I always love coming back to Tokyo and enjoying the hospitality of Two Rooms. Their team are always so welcoming. I’ve eaten both Lunch and Dinner here and the food is delicious. The Hokkaido Scallops are to die for and the Lamb Chop is exceptional. The seasonal menu continues to evolve and there is always something interesting to pique your interest. Wine list is extensive with some interesting options. The house white is delicious and highly recommended. View from the terrace is one of the best in Tokyo.

Visited a few weeks ago with my girlfriend, where we had a few drinks and some appetizers. The appetizers were good, as were the drinks. View was still nice as well, even though it was too cold when we went and we opted for window seats instead.

They would not serve us. They were very rude there. If you are a tourist, you should go there. They made us feel like we were not welcomed there. We hot up and left after about 45 minutes of waiting to be acknowledged. They get a -0

*Drinks only review* We came here for a friends birthday. The cocktails were really nice and the view is stunning. They even brought out a cake and said happy birthday which was great. Sadly, it's hard to look past the prices (close to 2000yen per cocktail!), especially considering the staff aren't great.The waiters as super keen to throw a bill at you after every drink and push to get you to pay up rather than letting you take your time and pay at the end. One waiter asked our order, then just walked off and did something else. He totally forgot about us! Not quite sure how that was even possible, as it wasn't that busy at the time. After around 15 minutes when I eventually caught his attention and asked about our order he just said "Oh, You ordered off me didn't you? What did you want again?" No apology or explanation. Poor. If you are going to have a great bar in a top location, just pay to get the quality staff it merits. A bit of a let down overall.

Excellent atmosphere. Great food. Good value. Certainly the best place to bring your friends or loved ones for a night out.

Stopped in for a snack and a drink. We were seated by the door. When we asked to be seated at an empty table away from the door, we were told that the table was reserved (it was the only table available). Shortly after we arrived, another party arrived without a reservation. As we were sitting right next to the door, I could hear them being told that it was reserved, but not until 6 pm, so they could sit there. It was only 4 pm. Not sure why we were not given that option! Definitely didn’t plan on being there more than 45 minutes. Would not recommend.

It was a great place to be! I went for brunch with two other friends. The staff were nice and caring, their food was awesome including the olive oil for the bread ;) drinks are pretty good too. I want to mmmm this out the bar side that is connected to the restaurant part.

Nice service and decent ambience. Décor starting to look a little old. I liked my salmon appetizer but the pork shoulder main was quite disappointing. Sauce tasted cheap and did not go well with the pork. Terrace seats look pretty but too hot for summer. There are plenty nice or even better places in omotesando. The only benefit is the empty, hence quiet, space.

The manager Bamba is an excellent person would love to go there again also the Mozeralla with tomato salad was amazing the portion was big and satisfying

Incredibly view, incredibly food. Two Rooms Grill is the perfect place for brunch in Tokyo if you are willing to splurge. With an extensive brunch menu, there’s something for everyone. Staff are all bilingual making it a perfect place for foreigners. I had the char grilled kurobuta pork shoulder that was amazingly tender with the most delicious, umami laden sauce. Can’t wait to be back!

It's always a treat to dine here with great services and good food. This is going to be abit expensive but the vibe and services are so worth it!

This restaurant with a sultry and seductive mood. It is good for not eating but drinking because it doesn't exceed my expectation.

The kind of place you would go for a stylish drink after shopping in Ometesando, for celebrating your husband's 30th birthday or for traveling back in time, when visiting Tokyo after leaving the city 3 years ago. It was a favourite spot when I was living there and continues to be, the kind of place with an interesting blend of people, where you are sitting alone and a lovely couple (like the one in the picture) will come over from the other site of the table and join you for dinner. If you want to splurge, opt for the restaurant; if you want to keep it simple, the bar has a finger food menu that does the job too. Excellent decor & views, the terrace is specially advisable for spring & fall, sunset drinks with Omotesando views are UNBEATABLE.

On entry, the staff are very welcoming. The design of the place is in 3 sections-outside terrace-bar-formal dining With this design they cater for everyone, fantastic atmosphere. We sat for pre dinner drinks on the terrace before moving to formal dining. The service is excellent and they have a large range of food and drinks to choose from. The waiting staff provided good recommendations and we were not disappointed. Overall a good experience and we will be back! Highly recommended

Pricey but amazing service and a nice view!

Wonderful view over Harajuku. Drinks were good but pricey. Service, however, was horrible. If you don’t have a reservation, they will treat you as a second rate citizen. Some examples - 1. we got moved from the terrace despite it being completely empty with the explanation ”guests are in the elevator waiting for this table”, we then watched that empty table from the inside for 30 minutes with no one coming. Place was still only 25% full when we left. 2. We had to stand up and go to the bar to pay, despite them having a portable card reader! 3. Overall, very nonchalant demeanor from everyone working there.No understanding of customer experience at all. Stay away unless they improve vastly!

Great food, wine and excellent service.

Love coming here for Sunday brunches. They have a private room you can request for if you want to do a gathering! I love their egg Benedicts and their cheesecake !

Just a simple coffee but the international staff was super nice and gave us blankets and a smile while serving us. Very unique place.

Two Rooms is a fantastic choice for a foreign company to entertain Japanese clients. The cocktails are quick and strong, the wine list is extensive and the atmosphere is a bit more edgy compared to Japanese-owned establishments. Not to mention the view from the bar always impresses. Shout out to our waiter who was helpful ,quick and efficient. We had dinner for eight on 29/1/2020.

Smile and expensive. The views are ok. Eye candy recently lacking. Seems to have become more of a tourist bar

Come here every once in a while. Nice atmosphere and not super jam packed like some bars which is nice! The bartenders are nice as well. We came with friends, bought bottles and sat in the terrace outside. A bit pricey though.

This is a wonderful restaurant in a beautiful part of town. The food and wine is great, and the staff are so helpful. But I think the biggest thing about this restaurant is the view. It’s an amazing place to have a meal, or even just meet up with friends for a catch up over some lovely cocktails. Or coffee. 🙏

The nicest rooftop bar in Tokyo! Was a bit too windy but they had cozy couches, heater, blanket, pool, and great view. Drinks were cool too

The venue is really nice, good view. Food is alright but if you consider that the budget per person for a dinner is at least 12000 yen I would say that is not that amazing. The staff is dedicated and professional.

A very trendy bar with great selection of drinks, cocktails, very polite staff and owners. Usually packed on Fridays and Saturdays, however worth to visit the place for a few drinks.

Pretty expensive but the great views, delicious cocktails, and beautifully prepared dishes make up for it.

Fine bar and restaurant at Omote-Sando.I tried bar side (there is a restaurant on the other side) and liked their relaxed ambience. You can enjoy great city view from terrace.They have wide range of drink and nice foods.Price is higher than average bars but worth paying it.Accept credit card payment.

Great cocktails and a big outdoor terrace, which is rare in Tokyo. You do pay a premium for it though, with most drinks being in the 1500-2000 yen range. The clientele is majority foreign in my experience, and most of the waiting staff too.

One of the best views in Tokyo. Food is great . Everyone we encountered spoke English .

Food (bar bites) is not cheap but tastes good and the atmosphere makes up for it. Had the terrace seats for brunch on a sunny weekend in early February. It was actually very warm and felt fantastic. One of the few alfresco places in Tokyo I think. Would recommend on a nice day.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Great restaurant for a nice lunch or dinner. There is outdoor seating and window seating offers a nice view of the surrounding area. The food was great with good portion sizes.
